Summary

We collect only what we need to run your account, deliver your orders and reply to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and password (stored securely by our login provider; we never see it). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.

Orders: the package, extras, notes, payment method, transaction reference and any receipt you upload.

Free audit and quote forms: your name, contact details, the website you enter and the audit summary.

Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, confirm payments, contact you about your project, prevent abuse, and improve our website and services.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email forwarding), Supabase (accounts, orders and file storage), Google (Gemini AI for the free audit, PageSpeed, and Google sign-in if you choose it), Resend (account emails) and GitHub (website code). They may store data outside Pakistan, under their own security and privacy terms.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s storage only to keep you signed in and to remember an unfinished order. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep data

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. Audit leads are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access to orders is restricted so customers only see their own orders, and receipts are stored privately. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
