Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before we start work on an Active order, you receive a full refund, minus any bank or transfer fees charged to us.

After work has started

Design, video, music and development work is custom-made for you, so once work has started refunds are partial: we refund the value of work not yet done. If we have delivered the first concepts or a first draft, at least 50% of the order is non-refundable.

Completed and approved work is not refundable.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver what was agreed, or miss the delivery date by more than 7 days without a reason agreed with you, you may cancel and receive a refund for the undelivered part of the order.

Monthly plans

Monthly marketing plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing month. The current month is not refunded once it has started. Ad spend already paid to platforms such as Meta or Google cannot be refunded by us.

Third-party costs

Fees already paid to third parties for your project (for example stock media, fonts, hosting, domains or app-store accounts) are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp 0303 5217912 with your order number. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
