Using this website

By using huxproductions.com you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order.

You agree not to misuse the website, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, upload harmful files, or use the free audit tool to overload other websites.

Orders and prices

Package prices are shown in US dollars and may be paid in Pakistani rupees at the current exchange rate. Ad spend, printing, stock media licences, hosting, domains and app-store fees are not included unless stated.

An order is accepted when we confirm your payment and mark the order as Active. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the brief is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or is outside what we offer.

Delivery times start when the order is Active and we have received everything we need from you (logo files, content, access, and so on).

Revisions and approvals

Each package includes the number of revisions shown. A revision is a change to the delivered work, not a new design or a change of brief. Extra revisions or new requests can be quoted separately.

When you approve a delivery, or do not request changes within 7 days of delivery, the work is treated as accepted.

Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo, video, text, music and trademark you give us, and that your brief does not ask us to copy anyone else’s work. You are responsible for claims that arise from material you provide.

Ownership of the work

Once an order is paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables made for you, and you may use them for your business. Until full payment, all rights stay with Hux Productions.

We keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and we grant you the right to use them as part of your delivered project.

Third-party items (for example fonts, stock images, music, plugins or software libraries) remain under their own licences. We will tell you when a paid licence is needed.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio after it is public.

Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer, Payoneer or JazzCash / Easypaisa to the accounts shown at checkout. Always check that the account title is SYED HUZAIFA SAJJAD before paying. We never ask for card numbers or passwords by chat.

Monthly plans (for example Digital marketing) are billed each month in advance and can be cancelled before the next month starts.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy at huxproductions.com/refund-policy/.

Free digital audit

The free audit is an automated, AI-assisted first impression based on public information. It may contain mistakes and is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
